D.E.M. Records to Release New Dianna Hobbs Single and Music Video September 23

Sept. 21, 2010 - PRLog -- D.E.M. records, a leader in the creation, production, and distribution of independent urban gospel music, has once again underscored its knack for  hand-picking the finest in urban Christian talent, by adding another gifted artist to its roster. Dianna Hobbs, the Founder and Editor In Chief of EEWMagazine.com the #1 online magazine for Black Christian women, recently signed a deal with D.E.M. Now, just weeks after finalizing the details, the urban Upstate New York label is releasing the first single and video under the new deal on Thursday, September 23, 2010.

Hobbs, who is also President of Indie Buzz Music Corporation inked a strategic partnership agreement for the production, distribution, and sale of her original compositions. Now fans and followers will get to see the unveiling of the new video and single, In Love With You.  The track, which will be exclusively available for purchase as a digital download through the D.E.M. Online Store, iTunes, and other online retailers, is the third single released from Hobbs since July of this year.

The contemporary Christian melody infused with elements of pop, which was written by Hobbs and produced by Kre8tor, focuses on the passionate love and worship that should be found in the heart of every true follower of Jesus Christ.

Hobbs says the song is special to her to because she wrote to an existing track, something she typically struggles creatively to do.  “I always write my songs first and then ask a producer to build around what I've already composed inside my head. But when  Kre8tor let me hear a sample of this one specific track, I immediately fell in love with it.” According to Hobbs, the lyrics and melody flowed and the song was nearly finished in just hours.

With the silky smooth vocals characteristic of Hobbs, stellar production, a catchy melody, and an easily singable chorus, J. Montalvo and D.E.M. executives expect the song to perform well. Says Montalvo, “Dianna is a very gifted writer and singer and this is just an all around great song. The D.E.M. family is very happy to have her on board."
