Many singles over 30 are now out there struggling with dating and attracting the right partners. Because their trust has been somewhat broken and they still carry around the emotional baggage from their past relationships, many have decided to avoid dating altogether. However, avoiding intimacy is not the best solution. As human beings, it is instinctual to pair up and want to be close to someone.

Bouglai uses her recently published workbook, “Empower Yourself for Love – The 7 Step Guide to attracting the Love You Desire” to help participants create a vision and prepare themselves for their ideal relationship. Topics include: acknowledging needs and values, letting go of past relationships, dealing with rejection and setting boundaries-- all directed to assist singles in becoming available themselves and choosing an available partner.  

The Women’s City Club of Pasadena is located at 160 N. Oakland in Pasadena. Free parking is available in the back of the club off Madison Avenue.
