Sept. 10, 2010 - PRLog -- You may have seen snakes in the woods and snakes in the water, or even “Snakes on a Plane,” but until you see legendary snake handler Jackie Bibby perform, you haven’t seen nothing yet. Visit Shermco Industries at the 57th Annual Petroleum and Chemical Industry Committee Technical Conference, Sept. 22 at 5:00 p.m. in Salon D at the Marriot Rivercenter in San Antonio, Texas, for a chance to see one of the world’s most unique performers.

Bibby’s renowned and record setting snake performances have been featured on many nationally televised programs, including “The Tonight Show” and “Ripley’s Believe it or Not.” His most daring stunts include dangling snakes from his mouth and submerging himself in a tub of snakes.

“Jackie is a one-of-a-kind entertainer and we are excited to bring his performance to those attending this year’s PCIC Technical Conference,” said Mike Moore, of Shermco Industries. “In the electrical services industry, we perform what can be a pretty dangerous job – just like many of those who work in the petroleum and chemical industries. It’s certainly not like zipping yourself up in a sleeping bag with 150 rattle snakes, but many of us can relate to working a hazardous job day in and day out.”

Bibby will give one snake performance every hour from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Attendants will also enjoy complementary food, an open bar and door prizes given away every 30 minutes throughout the night.

The PCIC Technical Conference is the premier annual application meeting for practicing electrical engineers. For more information about the PCIC Technical Conference, visit http://www.ieee-pcic.org/Conferences/2010_San_Antonio/ind....
