Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Appoints Chris Crocker as Branch Manager

July 28, 2010 - PRLog -- NEWPORT BEACH, Calif.—Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is pleased to announce that Chris Crocker  will lead the Newport Beach Coast Highway and Balboa Island  offices as branch manager.  A seasoned real estate veteran with extensive experience in both residential and commercial real estate, Crocker most recently served as the Vice President of Operations for the South-Western U.S. region of NRT, LLC, the nation's largest real estate brokerage. In this role, he oversaw the day to day operations of the NRT corporate owned Coldwell Banker stores including over 100 branches with over 6,000 real estate agents.

Crocker is actively involved in the future direction of the real estate industry as a whole. He has served on the California Association of Realtors Strategic Planning and Finance committee, the C.A.R. Board of Directors and was a founding Board member for the California Statewide MLS initiative. He has been a featured speaker at the Inman real estate technology conferences and has served as an advisor and speaker for numerous industry trade organizations speaking on the impacts of technology, competition and transparency on the real estate industry. Chris is a graduate of the U.C.L.A. Anderson Graduate School of Business Executive Program.
