Tampa Property Management Company Offers Owner's Portal

They call their new online-based system the "Owner's Portal".  Owners can log into the system 24/7 from any internet-connected device (computer, smartphone, etc...) and see, in real time, everything that is transpiring regarding their rental unit.

"This is something we are very excited about" says Andrea Rogers, Suncoast Key's Operations Director. " We are always exploring ways to better serve our clients. This new ability will allow them to always be in the loop regarding their property."

Rogers goes on to say that while the system will never totally replace the personalized attention they give their clients, it does make the company more efficient overall.  "I will always welcome a call from our clients, but if they can get basic information online regarding on a repair, let's say, not having to answer the phone, look up the repair status and relay it to the owners definitely frees me up to take care of other issues related to managing their properties.

But the system is not just for Tampa Bay rental property owners, the tenants will benefit as well.  "We built a tenant portal as well. Tenants can log in and report property issues, get community updates or ask the property managers questions." Rogers goes on, "tenants like the fact that they can view the status of their repairs. We like to empower them so they do not feel that thy are at the mercy of some unknown vendor."

The system is also designed to receive tenant payments and pay owners through ACH. This service, according to Rogers, saves everyone time and money.  "It has been a long requested feature and we are happy to offer it to our tenants and owners".
