Impressive Knife Fair At The Midland Game Fair, 18th & 19th September

The UK's largest knife fair is set to take place at the Midland Game Fair, 18th & 19th Sept at Weston Park, Shropshire.

PRLog - July 16, 2010 - The 28th Midland Game Fair will once again host the UK's largest Knife Collectors' Fair in September this year. It will take place on Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th at Weston Park, nr Shifnal, Shropshire. Last year more than 89,000 people visited the event, with interest from both specialist knife collectors and members of the general public.

Most of the best British knife makers of superb hand made knives, have stalls selling their knives, and taking orders for knives made to their customers requirements. There will also be quality imported factory knives from around the world, especiallyfrom America.  On display will be knives of all types including folders, game knives, bushmen, bowies, axes and specialist knives of every type. There will also be old collectable knives many from Sheffield, for several centuries the centre of the world's finest knife making.

There will also be demonstrations of blacksmithing using an Iron Age forge, and lastly there will be a sharpening service available.
