Testek Inc Supplies Hydraulic Portables for Military & Commercial Aircrafts

July 13, 2010 - PRLog -- Testek is pleased to announce a firm order for three hydraulic mules to support helicopter flight line applications.   The Testek portable hydraulic test stand is a dual system hydraulic cart specifically made to support small rotary and fixed wing aircraft from manufacturers such as Bell, Sikorsky, Embraer, and Bombardier.  
The Testek portable hydraulic test stand is designed to provide 10 GPM at 3000 PSI or 5000 PSI at lower flows and includes a 20 gallon reservoir.  The system utilizes a single variable volume, pressure compensated pump driven by an industrial 25HP motor.  An air to oil heat exchanger is provided.   Standard instrumentation includes flow, pressure, temperature, and start/stop controls.  The hydraulic system can be operated in either open loop or closed loop accommodating multiple aircraft requirements.
The system is designed to provide flight line or hangar hydraulic power allowing the operator to perform hydraulic checks without running the aircraft hydraulic pumps.  All components are housed within a weather proof container equipped with tow bar and pneumatic tires.  The controls and instrumentation are located on the back of the cart for ease of use.   Quick disconnect couplings are provided.
Testek can provide hydraulic mules to satisfy your military (Mil-H-5606, 83282) or commercial (Skydrol, phosphate ester) requirements.  Single, dual or triple designs with flows up to 60 GPM and pressures up to 6000 PSI are available.  System enclosures are designed to withstand the weather and fluid media in use.  Specific aircraft quick disconnects (QDs) are available.  We invite you to contact us for further details.
