(PINK: HMIT) formally known as Hidalgo Mining, Intl. simmered in Friday's trading session and rounded the day off with a close of +28% on over 91 million shares exchanging hands.  This positive price action has reignited the flame within the stock as interest from the investment community has been on an increase, could HMIT be on the verge of a big breakout?

Skylab Global Investments covered and profiled HMIT a few months ago when the stock was known as Hidalgo Mining, Intl. with a share price of .0007, since that time the company has been hard at work on several fronts, including a corporate name change, production of a reality based show and a desire to become more transparent which has seen a steady rise in the companies price per share.

On March 10, 2010 the company announced a Corporate name change from Hidalgo Mining Intl. to Verde Media Group, Inc. and followed up with an announcement that they have taken actions necessary to be more transparent to shareholders and the general public as well by applying information to the Pink OTC Markets Issuer Services and submitting the necessary information pursuant to Pink OTC Markets Guidelines for Providing Adequate Current Information. This action will remove the Stop Pink Sheets No Information designation. Furthermore, the company has taken action by submitting the application required by FINRA for the name and symbol change to reflect the new company name of Verde Media Group Inc.

Moreover, the company has been hard at work on the production of their reality based show "Cowboy Mining".  Verde Media Group, Inc. announced that they had signed a one year consultant agreement with Gregg Adams who is the President of Juniorminers.com, Mr. Adams will utilize his experience and expertise in the junior mining sector to assist and provide Verde Media  Group, Inc. with knowledge and access to Mining Concerns across the world.

More recently, the company announced that they are in Hermosillo, Mexico in production for their reality based show "Cowboy Mining" and have teamed up with Marc Kieler and Victor Diaz the owners of Globexplore Drilling (one of the premier drilling operations based in Mexico) in order to complete the project.  William Veve, President of Verde Media Group, Inc. had this to say.

Speculation continues to mount around the company that a major network has already picked up "Cowboy Mining" for airing once production is complete.  Considering that Verde Media Group, Inc. is a sub penny stock, "if" a major network airs their series or show that could prove to be the catalyst that sends the companies share price on a bullish run away from the sub penny levels in a hurry.
