By: Speak-Easy Art Gallery Re-Purposing these textiles into fine art, inspired the gallery to re-purpose the empty store fronts on Main street Boonton. The Art Walk on Main Street exhibit will showcase Morris county artists; Jamie Allen, Shaun Checke, Nick D' Andrea, Ellen Some Haunauer, Paul Jach, Michael Paquette, Jim Somers and Barry Zawacki. The gallery's intent is to turn a negative into a positive. The owners of the gallery say "We feel that doing this is a win/win situation for all parties involved, the art will help turn the eye sore of the empty store fronts into something beautiful and help attract people to Main street. In exchange, the artists will receive a great opportunity to promote and sell their work.".
