Scientific Plant Service New Sponsor for Back to the Garden on WYPR

Baltimore's Scientific Plant Service supports the community by underwriting gardening program on public radio.
 
June 7, 2010 - PRLog -- Baltimore, MD -- Scientific Plant Service (SPS) is pleased to announce its support of WYPR public radio for its monthly garden segment Back to the Garden.  Back to the Garden airs on Maryland Morning with Sheilah Kast . The segment is hosted by Tom Hall.  Tom is joined by New York Times garden and environmental writer, Anne Raver.
   Back to the Garden will explore a variety of gardening ideas, from tips for beginners who have a few potted plants to experienced growers of everything from azaleas to asparagus.  Tom and Anne will make the topics relevant and fun for listeners all across Maryland.

   Back to the Garden began running in April.  The segment will continue to air each month through October on the Wednesdays - May 26, June 16, June 30, July 14, August 11, September 15 and October 27, 2010.
