May 26, 2010 - PRLog -- The parents of Misbah, a student resident of St Lucie County, were set in a tizzy when the news of the car accident of their only heir broke out .Misbah, 22 was returning home from Palm Beach County to St. Lucie County in his newly acquired Honda Civic when a speeding car entered the wrong lane and dashed into his car, throwing Misbah’s car-door open and ejecting him out of the car. Misbah suffered severe head injury and bled profusely. It took an hour before the rescue team could finally arrive at the spot and take him to the nearby hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.

Misbah is survived by his parents and a younger sister. His father runs a publishing house in St Lucie county .An all exasperated and infuriated father said to the media”I will take the guilty to court and seek the assistance of the Law Offices of Stephen K. Miller in avenging my son’s death as I consider the incident an absolute case of recklessness. I strongly believe in the competence of the Law office from the reputation that it has earned in recent times of achieving a 100 % success rate in such cases”

Similar incidents have been reported in areas of Palm Beach county, Indian River County and Fort Pierce areas. In Indian Rover County also an inebriated driver crushed down two pedestrians, while in Fort Pierce areas, a cab driver has been reported missing after having run over an old man. All these cases of wrongful death  have been reffered to the Law Offices of Stephen K.
