May 13, 2010 - PRLog -- Empower Me! Corporation officially launched the Next Level Business Coaching Program (http://www.nextlevelbizcoaching.com). Eight phenomenal women stepped out of their comfort zone and gave themselves and the program a chance to help them turn around their businesses.

There are tons of coaches and coaching programs out there. But not every program fits every need.  Adrienne Graham, Founder and CEO of Empower Me! Corporation and the Next Level Business Coaching Program, took a good look around at the one sized fits all coaching solutions and decided there had to be a better way to help women move beyond start up and get “unstuck” so they could take it to the next level. “What I saw was many ‘in a box’ coaching solutions and these high cost, elite programs costing thousands of dollars making them unrealistic and unattainable to most women (yet not producing tangible results).  They mostly consisted of worksheets and cheerleading, and promised to make running a business ‘easier’. I felt it was time to create a realistic program that made you work, but also understand the foundations of running a business” says Graham.
Graham, a 17 year entrepreneurial veteran who ran two successful recruiting companies before devoting her time to building Empower Me! Corporation, created a program that made women focus on revenue models, business models, operations, client attraction, client relations, business development, pricing & profitability strategy, staffing planning, product/service optimization, branding (or rebranding), succession and growth planning, delegation & outsourcing, and understanding and defining core values, mission, position and vision. Of the first round of participants, two were start ups, two wanted to reinvent or rebuild their businesses, and the rest were stuck just beyond start up. The program is three months and includes weekly individual calls, accountability partners, group calls, group educational calls (with special guest experts), structured tasks and assignments designed to make you work on your business, complete audio and PDF library (at completion of the program) and a private community.

The program is now open and accepting applications. The application process is competitive for the three month program. For those who just need work on one or two areas and not the full program, an hourly program is available. However, by choosing hourly, you only get access to the individual sessions and the private community. If you feel that your business is stuck or you can’t get beyond start up mode, but you want to take your business to the high six figures to seven figure mark, this program is for you.
