Jelly Bean Sports Sponsors Amazing Race

May 5, 2010 - PRLog -- Over 115 participants and 20 sponsors will be on hand for IPRA's Annual "Amazing Race" event.  Coach Pickles and his Jelly Bean Sports Bean-A-Kins will be on hand for moral support handing out packets of jelly beans to all racers and be put in charge of a challenge stop that all racers must complete.    

This fun event will take place at Scoville Park in Oak Park and the race begins at 9:30am.  The total distance to be covered by racers will be over 4 miles.  Participants must complete the Park Pursuit on foot, no bikes, rollerblades, skateboards, pogo sticks or public transportation are allowed.  Moles will be placed throughout the course to enforce the race rules.  The time racers have to complete the course is 4.5 hours.

It is expected to be a nice day with temperatures in the mid-60's and sunny.
