The Chickasaw Chamber of Commerce will sponsor a business workshop, "Business Planning in a Weak Economy" on May 4 from 5:30 p.m.-7 p.m. at the McConnell Civic Center, 200 Grant Street, Chickasaw. The workshop will benefit business owners and people interested in starting a business that need to write a business plan. Facilitator will be Tom Siegwald, director for the Center for Entrepreneurial Excellence/Business Innovation Center in Mobile. Tickets are $10 per person and are available at the door.
