New Renovations for Los Angeles Apartments for Rent by NMS Properties

April 19, 2010 - PRLog -- NMS Properties has announced a multi-million dollar renovation plan for many of the apartment buildings in its NMS Apartments portfolio.

As of January 2010, several Los Angeles apartments and San Fernando Valley apartments (apartments in Granada Hills, apartments in Northridge, apartments in Canoga Park, apartments in Woodland Hills, and apartments in West Hills) received face lifts inclusive of new kitchens with granite counters, stainless steel appliances and brand new cabinetry.

Says Penny Lane Emerson, a spokesperson for NMS Properties, "We must upgrade our product in order to keep up with the new Los Angeles apartments, however, our rental rates will still remain lower, giving us the advantage of price, upgrades and space.  Los Angeles apartments that are a bit less new are typically larger then brand new apartments in Los Angeles."
