The successful applicant will be a highly motivated and skilled healthcare professional, with at least 10 years of working experience in a clinical setting as a physician, nurse, pharmacist, physiotherapist, nutritionist, etc. Skills and practical work experience in quality data management is essential. The individual will possess an eclectic blend of exceptional people skills, critical thinking skills and expertise in statistics. In addition to technical competence, the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a deep and genuine desire to help others and possess a strong customer focus. The sole purpose at Teh & Associates is to improve the condition of its clients; everything else is secondary.
The successful applicant can look forward to a generous remuneration package. If not already certified, the candidate will be expected to attain certification as a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality within 12 months of joining the firm; he/she will receive personal coaching by Dr Andy Teh, Malaysia’s first and only Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality.
