5th Annual International Christian Arts Competition $6,000 in cash and awards

April 10, 2010 - PRLog -- The International Christian Arts Competition began as a competition just for two dimensional art and has grown to include and honors music, short films, photography, digital art, sculpture, and more.  We have extended to deadline to June 30, 2010 because Hobby Lobby just joined the ICAC as sponsors and added $2,500 in gift certificates for top 50 entries.  This is a wonderful addition to our current cash awards of $3,500.  You can see the remarkable entries from previous years at http://www.art4god.com/ICAC

Stephen Sawyer started this competition as a means of helping others artists get exposure, cash, and encouragement.  Stephen's art has been on the full front page of the New York Times and featured in over 400 newspapers as well as a segment on the TODAY Show.

Artbeat of America, our sponsor who donates the cash awards, also has a mentoring program for artists and has signed licensing agreements with several of them.
