State And Local Firefighters Endorse Brian Blair

April 9, 2010 - PRLog -- (Tampa, FL) – Brian Blair has received two more key endorsements toward his bid for the Florida State House.

First, the Florida Professional Firefighters have endorsed Republican candidate, Blair, as the right man for the Florida State House seat representing District 47. On top of that, the Hillsborough County Firefighters Local 2294 has announced their support for Blair.

"We like to endorse candidates with a passion for public service along with the knowledge it takes to be an integral part of public safety,” said Bob Carver, President of the Florida Professional Firefighters.

“Brian Blair has not only been a staunch supporter of public safety, he has proven to be a knowledgeable businessman who always looks out for the constituents valuable tax dollars.”

The Florida Professional Firefighters (FPF) organization, a state agency, is an advocate, not only for fire fighters but also for paramedics and fire/rescue personnel.

“Candidate Brian Blair demonstrated his commitment to public safety and to the men and women that put their lives on the line every day as a former Hillsborough County Commissioner. We are confident that he will take that dedication to Tallahassee on behalf of public safety personnel throughout the state,” said George Sucarichi, President of Hillsborough County Firefighters Local 2294.
