A panel of three experts will discuss the future of condo development in South Florida at Condo Vultures® upcoming seminar April 20 at 5:30 p.m. The program will be moderated by Condo Vultures® founder Peter Zalewski.
Howard Shapiro, who was involved in building the Brickell on the River condominium complex in Greater Downtown Miami, will be joined by two other developers to be named soon.
Mr. Shapiro and his partners, who built the two-tower Brickell on the River complex with more than 90 floors and 700 units in Greater Downtown Miami, were one of the first developers to slash prices to the $200 per square foot range, triggering a buying frenzy in their South Tower that has been well publicized.
By the time the competitors followed suit, the Brickell on the River South Tower was well on its way to being sold out.
A one-hour networking session begins at 5.30 pm, and will be followed by a 90-minute program with a questions and answers period.
Registration is required. Admission is $30 in advance, and $40 at the event.
