Formed in January of 2004, this high-powered women’s flat- track derby team seeks to bring alternative sporting entertainment to North Carolina while training for national competition. The team helped form the Women’s Flat Track Derby Association (WFTDA) and hosted the 2009 WFTDA East Regional Tournament “Wicked Wheels of the East” in Raleigh.
