AC Las Vegas' owner is realistic about starting a construction-related business in a down economy. So how does this  new business specializing in residential air conditioning installation and replacement plan to succeed despite conditions?
"Being a business owner in 2010 in this economy is a huge challenge.  I have started this business during the worst of times knowing that when things turn around I’ll know how to prosper during the best of times," says owner Gerald Finney.
