Over the course of past years hundreds of students have attended cake decorating and candy making classes at the Chocolate Belles.
"Ann, the owner of Chocolate Belles, was absolutely wonderful! She helped me find everything that I needed and answered all of my questions with expertise. She also offered many helpful hints and techniques on how to work with fondant." - says Karalyn a Chocolate Belles former student.
The fondant cakes are very popular these days. Why not learn how to make it by yourself?
