Sony continues to be on the cutting edge of HD and block camera technology with the latest addition to its FCB block colour camera series. Introducing Sony’s second high definition block camera the FCB-H11. This stunning new model extends application possibilities by incorporating a new Day/Night function that enables the camera to capture high quality color images during the day and clear, black-and-white images at night. In This unique camera allows you to take your first step towards HD migration with the flexibility to capture and output from standard definition (SD) to full high definition (HD). The FCB-H11 is ideal for medical imaging, conferencing, cable TV broadcasting, sports and POV applications.
The FCB-H11 HD camera module incorporates a 1/3-type HD CMOS image sensor boasting approximately two million effective pixels, and provides a 16x9 aspect ratio making it ideal for use with wide screen displays. This new model has the enhanced feature of IR cut filter removal allowing it to The FCB-H11 camera module also features multi-format video outputs from SD to full HD (1080i), offering both system flexibility and high quality images. In addition, the FCB-H11 inherits many outstanding features from the Sony world-renowned FCB Series. With its built-in zoom lens, Picture Freeze Function, SPOT AE Function, and Slow Shutter, the FCB-H11 is ideal for applications that require dynamic, high-resolution images, and flexible outputs such as video conferencing, cable TV broadcasting and point-of-view (POV) applications. The FCB-H11 is a true HD unit delivering 60fps combined with multistandard video support. The device also makes use of Sony’s industry leading auto-focus, auto-exposure and auto-white balance technologies to produce superior images with less external intervention. Based on a 2Mpixel 1/3 type CMOS image sensor, the FCB-H11 is designed for applications in intelligent CCTV/security, and environments that require high-quality remote shooting such as surgery lamps, crane control, remote vehicle and motor sport.
The FCB-H11 provides a high-quality image that is further enhanced by the inclusion of 10x optical zoom (up to 120x including digital). Weighing around 120g and measuring 47.2 x 43.1 x 72.2mm, the FCB-H11 can be used across the 0 to 45°C temperature range, and requires a single 6-12V-power supply.
