Best of all anyone can register .com.co, .net.co, and .nom.co domain names on a first-come, first-served basis. There is no local presence requirement for their registration. These Domain names can be up to 63 characters, with a minimum of three characters, and can contain letters (a to z), numbers (0 to 9), and single hyphens (except at the beginning, end, or third and fourth characters in the domain name). You cannot register domain names with special characters such as "#".
All .CO domains have a one year minimum registration requirement. Retail price for all .CO domain name registration extensions is $39.99 per year. In addition to these new domains, Spanish language support will now be available.
