Executive Summary:
January was a bit slow; we finished the month with 14 homes sold on a plan of 29, which was 48% of target. Jason Thoele was the lead listing salesperson having sold 9 homes. Freddie Ortega was the lead buyer’s salesperson having sold 3 homes. The monthly revenue target for February was $4,263,501.00 and we finished the month at $1,445,965.00 which was 34% of plan. Our average daily revenue was $46,644.00 in gross sales. January was our worst month in history and we look forward to a bright and profitable February. Our daily call-in traffic came in at about 15 calls per day with our close ratio at 8.6.
