Simplicity Sofas is inducting its 3rd member into the Customer Hall of Fame. This designation goes only to those customers who have made extremely significant contributions towards demonstrating the simplicity of Assembling a Simplicity Sofa.
Simplicity Sofas claims that its sofas take 15 minutes to assemble. That does not include removing the parts from the boxes which many customers have said takes longer than the assembly.
Jeff Frank, owner of Simplicity Sofas also says that in the history of the company, no customer has ever emailed or called the 24/7 customer service hotline to ask for help with assembling a Simplicity Sofas product.
Merely assembling a sofa in under 15 minutes, however, is not sufficient to break into this exclusive honorary society. It must be done under some kind of handicap or unusual circumstance.
The first award winner was Adam F. from Bethesda, MD age 13, who performed an officially timed sofa assembly in 6 minutes and 57 seconds. officially the fastest time ever.
The second award winner was John B. of San Marcus, TX, age 87, who wrote that he didn't time how long it took, but it didn't take long.
The 3rd and newest member is Alli A. of New York City who wrote that she had the sofa out of the box and completely assembled in 25 minutes -- and is 8 months pregnant.
Congratulations have gone out to all the members of the Customer Hall of Fame, who will each be receiving special prizes for their noteworthy accomplishments.
