OMG Search - Google Postpones China Mobiles Launch
This news came as the Chinese government state that all foreign firms including Google must obey the country’s law and traditions.
The launch was due to take place on Wednesday however after Google was targeted in a sophisticated cyber attack through to originate in China. The handsets were going to be running its Android operation system in cooperation with Samsung & Motorola.
A Google spokesman stated: "The launch we have been working on with China Unicom has been postponed."
