Kenland Walk II Condo is a 40 unit patio home community located off the Florida Turnpike and Kendall Drive in Miami, Florida. Amenities include a large community clubhouse with swimming pool and tennis courts. Four Points Property Management will provide a property manager for at least 1 site visit a week. In addition, Four Points Property Management will provide the following services to the association as part of their Management Agreement; administrative management services, financial management services including payment of all association invoices, preparation of monthly financial statements, and also physical property management services and project management. Additionally, Four Points Property Management will prepare the associations annual Budgets, annual meeting and elections, and will also provide Board of Director support and education.
Four Points Property Management will also provide all janitorial and maintenance services for this association. Four Points Property Management will operate their accounting and administration systems using VMS Software.
