The symptoms of a panic attack are extremely high heart rates, the feeling that you are struggling to take a breath, and immense chest pains.

Many people often misconstrue a anxiety attack for a heart attack, because the symptoms bear a close resemblance to one another. Some people develop an attack because of an incident that may have happened to them, while others may develop an attack because of a phobia of one kind.
