Teena Hughes was in an art Studio in Paris; she dipped the paintbrush into silk dye for the very first time and created a quick shape onto the white silk. Watching the colours slowly inch and slide across the silk, Teena's creativity was awakened - the dyes magically blended and merged in colourful swirls and explosions, creating new shades of colours ... and Teena fell in love. With silk. With being able to paint and design on silk and other textiles. She heaved a huge sigh of relief and thought, "Ahhhhh ... so THIS is what I've been searching for all my life!"
Would you like to be able to experience the same enjoyment from learning how to hand-paint your own silk scarves, cushion covers, gifts and fashions? If you answered "Yes!" then this workshop with Teena Hughes is for you.
