But for those companies struggling, one company says they now have a cure-all solution.
Social media marketers uSocial.net say that clients can now buy Facebook fans and they can be tailored to just about any location or industry a client might want.
"We can target as specifically as country as well as any interest group a client might want." Said uSocial CEO Leon Hill. "Delivery is guaranteed and we take very little time to achieve these goals."
But what about amounts? uSocial say on their site that they can deliver in packages from 1,000 to 10,000 fans, though they have delivered large orders for corporate clients.
"We've added up to 40,000 fans to a Facebook profile for a large corporate client, and it would be very easy for us to do this again." Said Hill.
So, is this really the quick-fix solution for anyone wanting to get more Facebook fans? Only time, and customer testimonials, will tell in the end.
