Cold Control recommended replacing the old Mitsubishi ceiling cassette systems with the latest model. The system is designed to operate quietly and efficiently, whilst being unobtrusive. It provides a cost effective solution to both cooling and heating large rooms offering a high quality performance in generating and distributing cool air evenly. The inverter driven cassette systems use’s less power to operate the units, making it a more energy and cost-effective solution for the end user.

The Governments R22 Refrigerant Legislation is a recent regulation, enforcing the removal and replacement of the low temperature refrigeration systems to support environmental preservation. The legislation has affected companies that sustain the need for or have a high requirement for R22 refrigeration. Studies have revealed the detrimental effect excessive UV levels have on the ozone layer and may further contribute to environmental damage. Conscious of the need to provide an efficient and effective solution, Cold Control specified a heat recovery ventilation unit in the drive to supply a sustainable environment.

At the heart of the system is it’s highly efficient heat recovery method that recycles heat from the extracted air and transfers it to the incoming air. This is a resourceful function as it re-uses waste heat energy and tempers the incoming air more efficiently than standard extraction and ventilation, which consequently substantial savings can be made on running costs.
