Currently housing various upscale retail and office tenants, the building was restored in 1986, and is this year celebrating 85 years of history. First built as a home in 1924, the original home was raised and became the penthouse of what is now a three story building. The Arcade is a familiar star of films, television, and commercials. The facade and breezeway are both elegant and easily transformed to create many different looks. Space is currently available for both retail and office use. End
