Tickets have been selling fast for the ‘Messiah’ and ‘Christmas by Candlelight’
Tracy Ellicott, Manager of the Brangwyn Hall said “Both of these concerts are selling very well. I advise all who wish to attend to book their seats in advance”.
The Messiah performance will be conducted by John Hugh Thomas and will feature Soprano Elin Manahan Thomas, Alto Rachael Lloyd, Tenor Robin Tritschler and Bass-baritone Darren Jeffery.
They will be joined on stage by Sinfonia Britannica of London- a period instrument ensemble made up of some of the country's finest players.
The audience of ‘Christmas by Candelight’ will be able to enjoy the unique atmosphere of the Brangwyn Hall illuminated by candlelight. There will be Christmas favourites performed by the Chamber Orchestra of Wales with soloist Ros Evans, conducted by Alwyn Humphries.
Mulled wine and minced pies will also be available on arrival.
Tickets for ‘Messiah’ are available from £10 - £20 with concessions while Christmas by Candlelight tickets are available for £11.50 or £9.50 concessions.
