Marketed as "affordable luxury" these timeshare were originally sold for between £2000 - £4000 for an average 1 or 2 bedroom apartment and meant that the average family could experience above average holiday accomodation at a reasonable price. This at first glance appears excessive but when you take a closer look at the figures is £700 for an apartment that sleeps 6 people in a complex that is maintained to a high standard to much to pay when compared to the package holiday? To buy the timeshare around £1780. For £4780 you can purchase the timeshare and use it for the first available year of occupancy. Your ongoing costs would be the annual maintenance fee of around £700 and the flights £1080. If costs remained similar for the next three years you would have paid around £8300 seems alot but the package holiday would have cost nearly £11000. The Timeshare Mart have many such timeshares for sale at bargain prices that could prove a valuable leisure time investment for families without the need to break the bank. There are some fantastic timeshares in the Canaries that have been largely overlooked in recent years such as Royal Sunset Beach Club, Hollywood Mirage, Sunset Bay Club in Torviscas, Beverly Hills Club and many more. So this Christmas, when you are sitting in your arm chair stuffed full of turkey,have had enough of the inlaws and the kids are driving you mad.
