Cary, NC — Strategic Guru Inc., a Triangle-based marketing and communications firm, announced today that Chief Brainstormer Carolyn Rhinebarger has been named to the board of Community Workforce Solutions (CWS). The nonprofit organization is committed to serving individuals with barriers to employment through counseling, training and job placement services.
