Holiday Home Closeout At Lennar

Dec. 1, 2009 - PRLog -- Lennar is celebrating the month of December with some exciting opportunities!  In addition to the $8,000 tax credit extension for first time homebuyers and $6500 expansion for current homeowners, for homes that close during the month of December, Lennar is offering up to $5000 in closing costs for qualified buyers financing through Universal American Mortgage Company. Buyers closing in December will also receive a Holiday Home Package which includes a refrigerator, washer, and dryer!  There are many homes available to close in the month of December and you can start your holiday home hunt in three of our great communities:  Shadow Creek and Stonefield in Buda, and Summerlyn in Leander.
