The Jacksonville, Florida Police Department is skeptical of his abilities, but when a grieving mother hires Chuck, the detectives find themselves amazed by the details of the case that Chuck is able to prove. Watch as Chuck retraces the steps taken by the killer and re-lives the victim's final moments as detectives look on in awe.
