Nov. 23, 2009 - PRLog -- McLean, VA – On 3-5 February 2010, Omnis, Inc. will host the Leading and Managing Analysis Workshop in Denver, CO.  Supplementing the Conference will be an opportunity to have dinner with Charles Duelfer, head of the Iraq Survey Group, and author of the “Duelfer Report”—presented to President Bush and Congress as the final word on weapons of mass destruction in Iraq. The event will include anecdotal accounts from Mr. Duelfer’s experiences with Saddam and other high-ranking Iraqis, as well as commentary on his complex investigation in Iraq. Mr. Duelfer plans to disclose details of the intricacies of Saddam’s policies and intelligence operations, as well as how Saddam successfully manipulated the UN.  The discussion is guaranteed to provide a unique perspective on the misperceptions and miscalculations made in Bagdad and Washington. Following his informative presentation, Mr. Duelfer intends to entertain a no-holds barred Q&A session with attendees.

The Conference will also host a slew of other sessions on critical thinking, leadership, and analysis. Topics will range from mindsets and biases, and problem solving and reasoning, to effective communication and management tactics.
