Dent Repair and Scratch Removal Demand Increases in Dallas along with Used Car Resale Value

The Car Allowance Rebate System (CARS), also known as Cash for Clunkers, was a $1 Billion government program designed to replace older cars with newer vehicles that are more fuel efficient.  The program offered a cash incentive to buyers who trade in their less fuel-efficient vehicle for a more fuel efficient vehicle.
