Miami condo trends in the third quarter of 2009 and beyond is the topic of the upcoming Condo Vultures® Seminar Series program scheduled for Oct. 27 at the Doubletree Grand Hotel in Downtown Miami.
Condo Vultures® founder and real estate consultant Peter Zalewski will focus his presentation on the firm's most recent closing report, and its relationship to condo and real estate trends in the region. The Q3 closing report was released Oct. 1.
The program, "Miami's Condo Trends In Q3 and Beyond," begins at 5:30 p.m. and features a networking session and question and answer period.
The registration fee for the event is $25 online and $30 at the door. Credit cards are accepted at the door.
