New "My Private Italy" Tour Includes Wine Tasting & Cooking Class with La Contadina Travel & Tours

As the founder and owner of La Contadina Travels and Tours, I am very pleased to announce a new tour itinerary, named "My Private Italy," after the documentary film of the same name, written, filmed and produced by filmmaker Steven Robert McCurdy.  La Contadina offers numerous tour itineraries, including tours in Umbria, Piedmont, Veneto/Dolomites, Sicily, and the "Postcards from Italy" tour which visits Calabria, Lazio and Umbria.  Our new "My Private Italy" tour is a 6-night, 7-day itinerary that visits some of the finest sites in Liguria, Tuscany and Umbria.   This tour includes both wine tastings and a cooking class.  

The "My Private Italy" tour is co-led by La Contadina Tour Guide Marybeth Janerich and by my friend and documentary filmmaker, Steven McCurdy.  Steve is partnering with La Contadina to co-lead this new 7-day tour.  The towns you will visit on this tour are some of the ones shown in Steve’s film, “My Private Italy,” including the towns of the Cinque Terre, Pisa, Florence, and Spoleto.  Steve and Marybeth will also show you the lovely towns of Lucca and San Gimignano.  And December is a lovely time to visit these areas and shop for very special holiday gifts!
