Oct. 6, 2009 - PRLog -- Harry Hill is back to poke more fun at the week’s telly in TV Burp but he tells TV Choice that he avoids showbiz bashes in case he has upset anyone!
‘I’m always terrified,’ he admits. ‘I tend not to go to those sort of things, really, or if I do go, I’ll sneak in the back door and make sure I leave before the bar opens!
‘At the National TV Awards a few years ago Steve McFadden, who plays Phil Mitchell in EastEnders, walked straight up to me and I thought, “Oh no, he’s going to flatten me!”
‘But he just said, “Yeah, I like that. Well done, because it’s not too nasty.” I breathed a sigh of relief!’

Also in this week’s issue, Samia Smith talks about Maria Connor’s marriage proposal in Coronation Street, while Elisabeth Sladen returns in The Sarah Jane Adventures.  Joan Collins gives her beauty tips, and Sir David Attenborough launches his latest natural history series. Marchioness survivor Jonathan Pang recalls the boat tragedy on the River Thames which claimed 51 lives in August 1989.

Elsewhere, Leslie Ash discusses her acting comeback in Holby City, and Ben Miller and Alexander Armstrong chat about their comedy series. The Apprentice star Kate Walsh talks about her latest gig Live From Studio Five.

In the soaps, Jack and Sam kiss in EastEnders, while Tony proposes to Maria at Liam’s grave. There’s unholy behaviour as clerics Ashley and Vincent clash in Emmerdale, and Nancy ends up with baby Charlie in Hollyoaks. And in Doctors Heston spends time with his estranged son. Paul thinks up a plan to bring Johnno to justice in Neighbours, and Indigo is hospitalised in Home And Away.

There is also a fabulous home cinema system to be won in this week’s competition.
