New Bi-Weekly Articles On Lawyers Professional Liability Announced

Cary White, President of Presidio Point Insurance Services will be working with David A. Grossbaum, Esquire of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP on a series of articles on different aspects of a Lawyers Professional Liability Policy.  Mr. White and Mr. Grossbaum will be working from the booklet, An Annotated Lawyers Professional Liability Policy prepared in 2009 by the Insurance Services Practice Group of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP.
 
An Annotated Lawyers Professional Liability Policy is a booklet that was created as a teaching aid for clients and friends of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP.  It provides an overview of a lawyers LPL policy.  It was written by Hinshaw partner, David A. Grossbaum of the firm’s Boston and Providence, Rhode Island offices, and updated by Duana J. Grage and Michelle D. Mr. White and Mr. Grossbaum intend to review the material from the original booklet and break it down into a series of articles to be released one every two weeks.  The intention is to update the material as necessary and to present it in a manner that will be easier to digest and yet still be provocative.
