J Crane & Company, which assists international businesses in accessing the United States capital markets through IPOs, self registrations, and reverse mergers, is pleased to announce that it has finalized the lease terms for its new office in Beijing.
“The new office is a prime location and is the new J Crane & Company China Headquarters. It will be fully staffed and operational on October 1, 2009," commented James Crane, the founder and president of J Crane & Company, who recently relocated to Beijing with his family in support of the company's continuing effort to expands operations in China.
