Young Author-Philosopher Launches Credo

Sept. 7, 2009 - PRLog -- New York City, New York  (Gnosis Arts Multimedia)  A young philosopher and writer from Michigan will be launching a compilation of his works,  entitled,  "Tautalogical Credo",  pending publication in New York City next spring.   Daniel June,  29,  is being represented by Manhattan publicist SM Kovalinsky.  

Kovalinsky plans to arrange a Manhattan philosophical conference in 2010 at which June could speak and showcase his essays.  June's work is a mix of existential and metaphysical musings,  which are poetic,  sophist, and yet have the cadence and rhythm of high-tech Generation Y.  (Actually,  June is a "cusper",  bordering generations X and Y).  There is a Kierkegaardian prankishness to much of his prose,  and often a glimpse of Wittgensteinian musing.  June considers himself a sophist,  not using the term in any sense perjoratively.  Fusing the rhetorical wisdom of antiquity,  the 5th century BC Sophist school of ancient Greece, with the opining of the Obama generation,  June delivers a neoClassical blend of poetry and philosophical insights which sounds a fresh note for our era.

Kovalinsky,  who hosted British author and quantum theorist   Anthony Peake this past August 3 at the landmark Roosevelt Hotel on Madison Avenue (    with Gnosis Arts Multimedia and John Broughton's New York Philosophy )  would like to see a conference of writers with philosophical leanings converge in Manhattan.  And June,  with his tautology,  will be one of the foremost.
