Steve also provides a community social network for anyone with cool home design or cool house plan related questions - Is that cool or what?

There is also something else that is very cool about there house plans, you are allowed to gather all the ideas you like from these plans without any worry or fear of copyright infringement. Steve has realized long before most designers will admit that the web is full of ideas for everyone to gather.
