Sept. 3, 2009 - PRLog -- According to a recent ABC News Story, the US Senate is considering a 10 percent tax on cosmetic plastic surgery.  This would include facelifts, tummy tucks, breast implants, nose jobs and Botox injections.  With Americans spending nearly $12 Billion dollars on plastic surgery, a cash strapped Congress is giving the tax serious consideration.

Dr. Paul Steinwald says that patients have sped up their plans to have cosmetic surgery to avoid a possible tax down the road.
