This dynamic team came together to create one whole week of empowering others. The purpose of Empowerment week is to have a specific affirmation that is reflected upon for seven days so that viewers receive repetition of one affirmation in a supportive way. The affirmation dedicated to the first Empowerment Week was “I believe in myself”. Throughout the week, different people talked about what this affirmation means to them and how it's changed their lives on the blog.
