Aug. 18, 2009 - PRLog -- • Produce a site with worth while content, products or services.
• Place most common and lower-ranking keywords inside the first 25 words of your article and spread them equally throughout the document.
• Research and use the correct keywords/phrases to draw in your target clients.
• Apply your keywords in the right fields and references inside your web page. Like Title, META tags, Headers, etc.
• Maintain your site design simple so that your clients can pilot easily between web pages, find what they desire and buy products and services.
• Submit your web pages i.e. every web page and not only the home page, to the most popular search engines and directory services. Employ someone to do so, if needed. Be sure this is a manual entry. Do not engage an automated entry service.
• Observe changes in search engine algorithms and formulas and accordingly alter your web pages so your search engine placing stays high. Utilize online tools and programs to keep track of how your site is doing.
• Monitor your competition and the top placed websites to find out what they are doing right in the way of design, piloting, content, keywords, etc.
• Utilize reports and logs from your web hosting company to determine where your traffic is coming from. Analyze your visitor location and their incoming sources whether search engines or links from other sites and the keywords they used to find you.
• Make your clients visit easy and give them plenty of ways to remember you in the form of newsletters, free reports, coupons etc.
• Present your industry and product or service expertise by writing and presenting articles for your website or for article banks so you are perceived skillful in your field.
• When marketing products online, use simple payment and shipment techniques to make your clients experience fast and easy.
• When not certain, hire professionals. Though it may appear costly, but it is a lot less expensive than spending your money on a website which no one sees.
• Don’t view your website as a motionless brochure. Care for it as a dynamic, ever-changing sales tool and location, just like you would care for your clients in a real store, with the same seriousness.
